Subject: [PATCH] chore: throwaway commit to probe CI infra stability

Not for merging. Opens a PR against main to get a same-day TAP-test
baseline, to distinguish infra flakiness from a real regression on
PR #117 (t/013_clickhouse_tls.pl's reconnect subtest has failed twice
there). Will close without merging once CI reports.
