If line 38 is not uncommented, and the script is used as described in Devnet Express https://developer.cisco.com/learning/devnet-express/dnav4-track/dnav4-intro-dnac/dne-dnac-template-prg/step/3 it will fail, as it can't load the env_lab.py from the root directory
