TEST: Copilot agent creating PR from an issue

We can apparently ask copilot to work on an issue and open a PR, so:

Currently the left-side navigation pane is normal and reads normally. Let's make it a strange and difficult experience:

Acceptance Criteria
In the left navigation pane:

• all text is hot-pink
• all text is all caps
• the background is bright green
• all icons are replaced with a smiling grimacing face 😬

This PR should include frontend component tests that prove that on the experiment root page, the text, background, and icons are the correct things.
