User has legacy zoom view after splitting zoom areas.

**Problem**: User' has legacy zoom view after splitting zoom areas. 

**Reproducible path:**
- User adds a zoom.
- User splits the zoom into two (now there are two separate zooms in the timeline)
- User adjust the new spitted zoom to a new area 
- However the platform still zooms into the old area (the zoom area before the split)
