Discord invite link broken

Description

The link to join the Cap Discord server is broken. When I try to use it, the invite fails to load and I can't accept it or join the server.

Reproduction

1. Go to the Discord invite link (e.g. from the Cap website or app)
2. Click to join / accept the invite
3. The invite fails to load, or the accept action doesn't work
