selfhost sign in loops back to sign in page

Hi, I just discovered cap and love it! I've successfully deployed self hosted on railway, but would like to host it on my own vps using the instructions here. When I tried to deploy cap-web with the latest image today on my own vps I get the login page, but I'm redirected to the login page again after inputing the verification code. Anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong? Any ideas how I fix this are appreciated. Thanks.

I just want to provide more context by saying that after a successfull login, the page seems to be redirected to /login-success which is a page that doesn't exist.

I noticed that this is because the callback URL is hard coded in the otm form components:

We fixed an infinite loop in the auth plan update check that was causing self-hosted sign-in to loop back (9df1ddf). This should be in the latest release, please reopen if sign-in still loops for you.
