I can't deploy Cap on my VPS because I keep getting the error "bitnami/minio:latest not found"

The bitnami/minio is deprecated, you can switch to the official MinIO image.

Re-verified this in the current code: the self-hosting compose template still pins bitnami/minio:latest, which is no longer published. Keeping this open.
