once i login and go to my caps stuff it work properly

had this issue for like the past 6 months, do you have an issue with your DNS or something?

Hey @louis030195 - I can't replicate this, are you also signed in via the dashboard?

The web app and desktop use slightly different sure (desktop lasts long so it doesn't expire).

Interested to hear if this is still happening for you on new recordings. This Skelton loader is for the AI summary etc. Definitely needs improving.

The website has since been rebuilt. Please re-file with your browser, version, and any console errors if cap.so still doesn't load for you.
