To do:

• Get Division, User Code, and Power Zone data into SCUBA
• Get data transfer with Service point / Meter ID
• Use service/meter ID as location ID?
• Set cust_loc_rate_class to align with desired groupings
• Update OWRS file with the above rate classes
• Sort out zero-budget issue in data transfer
• Compare historical calculated revenues with total sales data to check accuracy
