Add a new custom Message ComponentDestroyedMessage with a custom OnComponentDestroyed.
Allowing having Triggers run when this message is sent.
It would provide:
- ComponentDefID of the destroyed component
- GUID of the unit that had the component destroyed
- GUID of the thing that destroyed the component
