Uninstall command

Easy - just write a prompt for ./release self uninstall to delete the workspace root and/or uv cache dir, huggingface, etc.

Better have an explicit option to move models, uv cache to the workspace too, or use defaults to not branch too much

This could make it through a windows .msi installer too, but I don't know how they work. Would be great to install such files and have it easily available on control panel

Note to future self: Must have a confirmation prompt to delete directories, avoiding disasters
