From a sre perspective, we need a quick way for users to provide feedback without having to leave the app.

A button that opens a form for providing and submitting feedback.
Notes
This can't link to github issues because that would require an account for every submission.
This could instead send an email to a burner account.
Explore other possibilities that remove spam risk.
The most obvious solution is to just use email normally with an injected form template (but then it can't be anonymous, and I would like it to be)
