ORCiD signup generates account name "null null"

Hi, I learned about this app from your US-RSE demo and it looks great! I'm just starting to play around with it and see if it will be useful to my lab.

I signed up via my ORCiD and noticed that it lists my name as "null null." When I found the account settings page, I found that the name fields are not editable. It also shows a "@orcid.placeholder" email address and an empty Affiliation field, which are editable, but when I attempt to change the values, they do not seem to persist.

Thanks for the heads up @jmw182! Will look at this ASAP. ORCiD and integrations generally have been a new frontier for me to test, so hopefully will be able to fix this soon.

Hey @jmw182, just letting you know I've run a deployment of #242 that should address the issues you mentioned.

Try logging in again using your ORCiD and you should be prompted to complete your profile. Otherwise let me know if you run into further issues!

This worked! I was able to verify my email too.
