Priced shares are held until claimed, and the receiver is checked again at that moment.

Expected outcome

The claim delivers the shares, and a failed re-check leaves a usable path out.

Acceptance criteria

• The claim is all or nothing, with no amount field
• It is refused when the receiver is no longer allowlisted, and when share transfers are paused
• A refused claim keeps the priced position intact and offers the redemption path
• Nothing is re-priced at claim time
