Classes

• R6 has been around for a while. Could be interesting to see some advice about it.
• Reviewer checklist doesn't have class-related check items such as having a proper constructor and not relying on new.

There is a working group to work on the classes. As part of my contributions on that working group I plan to reach out to reviewers to get their feedback before making materials to help developers or setting up policies and recommendations.
I hope that the section about classes can be made by the community instead of being modified without checking with CAB and TAB.
