Hi, I was wondering if you could add an offset option to the rename.sh script. Currently it starts numbering at '0'. I mostly use it to rename ordered genome assemblies and would therefore like to start counting at '1', as in 'chromosome 1'. Or is this already possible and I just can't see it? cheers
