影响范围

无法在Codex++管理工具测试,只能打开codex后才能测试

当前行为

我配置了供应商,并指定模型

测试时,仍会按照默认的gpt-5,4-mini模型,请求

但是codex可以正常使用,不受影响

预期行为

配置什么模型,测试时就应该为指定的模型.而不是gpt-5.4-mini
