Provide new/useful documentation

Documentation is out of date, including references to now-deprecated scripts (e.g., scripts/hyades.csh).

Documentation should optimally reference existing, up-to-date scripts which utilize the provided conf/base9.yaml and publicly available (or otherwise released/included) data for "first run" testing.
