🚸 Conditions should be whether or not a part of the desired state is in sync

Currently we have conditions like ConditionTypeSubjectsUpdated this name says wether something has been done. A name like ConditionTypeSubjectsInSync would be better. A condition should be a yes/no wether a part of the desired state is as expected.
