[New Experiment]: Draft Workflow Autosave notification issue

Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a consumption logic app
2. Open designer
3. Use new experiment designer.
4. Add an HTTP request trigger
5. Add some actions of your choice in workflow, I have used compose action

Expected: In draft version, workflow should save automatically after 5 seconds when action is added/updated.

Actual: In draft mode, the workflow may save automatically after 5 seconds, but the notification displays "Autosaving draft." When switching between draft and published versions, or refreshing the browser, the updated draft workflow is visible and the "Autosaving draft." notification disappears.
