In PR #9350 we added manifests for AKS AIManager managed VHDs and a CI workflow .github/workflows/validate-aimanager-manifests.yml to validate they're well-formatted. We shoud make this a required CI workflow instead of advisory to avoid bad changes being merged accidentally.
