AKS node controller - missing containerdv2 configuration for Ubuntu 24.04

We started testing ANC bootstrapping with Ubuntu 24.04. Ubuntu 24 uses Containerdv2 as far as I can see, but this also requires slightly different config format and we see errors in provisioning when combining them.

I see:

• The templates here - https://github.com/Azure/AgentBaker/tree/main/aks-node-controller/parser/templates - without containerdv2 version (gpu or not)
• The Containerdv2 templates in the "existing" path - https://github.com/Azure/AgentBaker/blob/bc5baf9a4e210fff5f582c882b9925fbbc060815/pkg/agent/baker.go

Is there an ETA around supporting the Containerd v2 config in ANC as well? Is there an option to open MR that migrates the older data model version to ANC as well?
