[BUG] Parallel Ticking Error Spam With Only Async Installed (Neoforge)

Parallel Ticking Error is continuously logged into the console log, MSPT is negatively affected. Saving the world and loading back in may result in an instant crash.

📋 Steps to reproduce*

1. Install the latest Neoforge loader
2. Install the latest Neoforge Async mod and leave settings at default.
3. Create a new world, load into it, and observe the console log

✅ Expected behavior

What did you expect to happen?

I expect the mod to not have errors or crash if it is the only mod installed.

❌ Actual behavior

What actually happened?

Parallel Ticking Errors are continuously logged and MSPT is negatively affected.

• 🔧 Async version: 0.2.4+alpha-26.1.2
• 🎮 Minecraft enviroment (Client or Server): Client
• 🎮 Minecraft version: 26.1.2
• ⚙️ Modloader & version: Neoforge 26.1.2.97
• 📦 Other mods installed: N/A
