v4.4.0 does not run on Windows 11 Home

Description of the bug

Downloaded and installed ardupilot_methodic_configurator_4.4.0_windows_setup.exe but when it launches, the cmd window dies. I uninstalled v4.4.0 and installed v.4.3.4 without any issues.

My Windows 11 Home version is 10.0.26200 Build 26200

Steps To Reproduce

1. Downloaded ardupilot_methodic_configurator_4.4.0_windows_setup.exe
2. Installed ardupilot_methodic_configurator_4.4.0_windows_setup.exe
3. Failed to Launch
4. Uninstalled ardupilot_methodic_configurator_4.4.0
5. Installed v.4.3.4
6. Run v.4.3.4 withiuyt any issues

Expected behavior

Get a GUI.
