Applied Skill Lua

Any idea if we can get an Applied skill Lua function.

So that we have a screen display List of Applied skills like: level 4 container optimization skill applied.

Industry and Ships.

This kind of thing is blocked by the lack of a local authorization system at the moment.
This is sensitive data, I need to add a local authorization system first.
