[OPi 3B] [1.1.x] Automatic Channel Selection for WiFi Hotspot does not work

Seemingly a driver issue. Cheap SBC, cheap WiFi chip, crappy drivers.

May be fixed at some point by someone. Not too likely though.

Maybe worth checking Armbian builds as they become more stable / mature for this board.
