Xperia XZ3 801SO driver

Hello.. I'm trying to install "Flashtool-drivers.exe" at drivers directory but i didn't see for sony xperia xz3 right there to checklist it.. Anyone can help me..? My case is the phone was bootloop, and i just need to backup the data from internal memmory..

That's my priority need to solve it, but if anyone have a tips to repair the bootloop without losing my data, i'll feeling grateful for that.. Thanks..
