VTS crashes on Nexus 6P 7.1.1

VTS crashes as soon as it starts scanning. I have attached the log file.
Log_2017-03-13_12-42-37.txt. I'm running v.13 of VTS on stock Nexus 6P + Root.

If it is any help, I built the VTS app from github master using latest Android Studio (2.3) and it is working on Nexus 5X / stock Android 7.1.1. All tests pass as not vulnerable, except error running test warnings for CVE-2016-0807, CVE-2015-1474 and CVE-2014-4943.

Confirmed that building using the latest Android Studio 2.3 is working on an AOSP 7.1.1 ROM without crashing when a scan is started.
