Microsoft will kill Azure CDN on September 30, 2027

This repository currently uses an Azure CDN in front of the file storage to speed up file serving and reduce request cost on the file service. Specifically, it uses Azure CDN Standard from Microsoft (classic) in front of Blob Storage. Existing CDN profiles will become immutable on October 1, 2025, and will be killed on September 30, 2027.

For comparison, the last month of CDN traffic totaled 5.8 GB.

Edgio just went bankrupt, so Plan B is now out the window. It looks like Fastly, Cloudflare, or AWS CloudFront are the next best options.
