right click Art Select no working

Describe the bug
It appears the right click Art Select has stopped working in version 14.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Update to v14
2. create a character
3. Open the character profile
4. right click on the character image
5. no error in the console, however the "tva Art Select" doesn't open up.

Expected behavior
for the "tva Art Select" to open up on a right click.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser Chrome v147.0.7727.117
• FoundryVTT Version 14

Additional context
This appears to be the case in multiple systems including D&D 5e.
