QC patch request in ACS

HI @chetan-rathore ,

In continuation of the discussion on this issue, as referenced in the SystemReady ticket https://github.com/ARM-software/arm-systemready/issues/656#issuecomment-3963674035 , our patch has now been merged into the latest upstream Linux kernel.

As discussed in the above thread, we kindly request that this patch be incorporated into the ACS kernel as well.
