[Bug]: example in the documentation for image data stream is missing `sample-frequency`

Problem statement

The image data stream metadata example at https://arm-software.github.io/SDS-Framework/main/theory.html#image-data-stream does not work with sds-convert. It fails with the following message:

Error: Video MP4 conversion requires `sample-frequency` or legacy `frequency` in the metadata file

I think this was addressed with PR #287 (fix)
