Weird characters generated an error when parsing the GDIM main file

in AgroPortal (https://agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/GDIM)

We (with @syphax-bouazzouni )endup with a series of characters that are blocking the process.

It seems it comes from :

We use the OWL-API in AgroPortal, so does Protégé, but Proétégé (with OWL-API 3.0) seems to open and parse the main source file right.

We are looking on our side, but in the meantime its seems a good idea to fix the GDIM imported file too.
