Subject: [PATCH 1/2] feat: export TChartGroupLoaderProps

Every other component exports its props type - TSciChartGroupProps,
ISciChartNestedLegendProps - but ChartGroupLoader's was declared locally, so consumers had
no way to name it when wrapping the component or typing their own props.
