Checkstyles repo has moved

Found an error when trying to set up eclipse via the 'getting started' page on the course site. I believe the checksyles repository has moved and needs to be updated. Specifically the line 571 in '.\setup\eclipse-for-6031.setup' 

Current:
 repository url="https://checkstyle.github.io/eclipse-cs/update"

Suggested:
repository url="https://checkstyle.org/eclipse-cs-update-site"
