1. 打开项目
2. 打开git记录
3. 滑动+停止+滑动 反复操作

Expected behavior / 预期行为

正常滑动

Actual behavior / 实际行为

偶发性无法滑动，鼠标挪动或点击其他区域后再次滑动git记录概率生效，疑似hover问题
