@fabiankaegy 100% I started this by using #489 option C as the jumping off point and then following the path of how do we completely remove webpack in favor of adopting Rspack so basically taking #473 and amping it up to cover everything.

Imo I don't know if going this deep is fully worth it but I wanted to give us something to chat about if we decide to go down this path in the future.

Per convo with Fabian we thought was Rspack is too high a level to switch and not mature enough compared to webpack. Also it'd be nicer to switch to something more lightweight for toolkit like vite if we are going to pivot
