Bluetooth support should be investigated as a good first addition to the supported protocols outside of TCP endpoints. The implementor will need to investigate the bluetooth protocol and which standard/versions can be supported. If possible, a dependency should be added to avoid completely engineering direct hardware access. Users should be able to attach and detach the endpoint through the library interface/configuration file.
